They cut two people from my team months ago and gave me their work. So now I'm carrying three roles. I've stopped caring about deadlines. I do what I can and the rest waits. If something is late, that's their problem now.

I’d recommend an aggressive job search now. They will use it against you in years ends and use it to fire you. It’s part of managements playbook to reduce on shore expenses as firing us based workers and out sourcing their jobs increases the executive level bonuses as theirs are tied to stock prices not performance. What’s good for stock prices isn’t what’s good for performance or company health. It’s s tough job search market but the roles are out there. Don’t believe the latest job growth report that 176k jobs were created last month lol the search will take months. Best to start before you lose your job. I was blindsided as I was doing 90% of the work and training all my off shore resources, they are up to 7 people now to replace me, 3 on shore 4 off and still can’t. So they don’t care about you, if they ear marked you as a cost reduction you will be out.
@OP yep, sounds like the New Frontier to me! I work my wage and since these tight wads didn't want to provide a respectable salary increase and AVIP, they can reap what they sow. Quiet quitting permeates through their oh so effective open concept floor plan.
