From time to time I feel disgusted reporting to the current management structure. Unmotivated, blame shifting, self-important, lacking basic manners in communication and the list goes on and on. Three layers of unmotivated and uninspiring management chain, they just come in to cash checks. Wish I could put my name to it and call out these mo--ns on LinkedIn.

@a8 stupid. they'll get fired. duh genius
@b5 I agree. A lot of managers with a lot of free time decorating and not addressing the needs of the department but go out of their way to micromanage and set expectations they themselves don't meet ir understand lol
The current state of ethics in retail banking is so poor it would make even Wells Fargo’s past controversies seem restrained. Regionals and their executive are issuing unreasonable directives, and at the branch level it feels like a free-for-all among managers and staff. Employees are under relentless pressure, constantly with the constant threat of losing their jobs. Customers, in turn, are bearing the consequences of this aggressive sales culture in ways most people wouldn’t expect. This kind of environment doesn’t seem sustainable for the bank in the long run. MAJORITY of the workforce will pushed out by means of “performance” or resignation.
@a2 I agree. It's just a matter of time. Because they are on the same sinking boat. There's no honor amongst thieves.
@a2 what a joke. People really need to find something productive to do with their lives.

Their time is coming.
They just don't know it. it won't be the peons getting the boot this go round. And soon the "leaders" will be throwing each other under the bus,
