Technicians in the North East that handle Network Assurance/Transport are now being moved to the VZB Union position. Not all details have been fleshed out but your VZW Switch techs will now be VZB

@by wireless transport and many other teams have had employees moved to vzb since 2018.and the others on the team layoff that didn't. They can't move to vzt since the union and legal said no. In the union markets some wireless employees had to take supervisor jobs since there none union. Thousand wireless employees are gone since this move. Swith techs. System techs. Transport. Inter area. Gone. NNO on the east coast pretty much gone. The list goes on. Far as merging with UT. It will not happen since it's mostly contractors now installing and test/turnup UT.

I'm VZW transport, rumors of us merging with VZB UT since last year. They don't want a wireless transport team...
@OP These jobs started moving from Vzw in 2018. From 2018 to current legal will tell you that you that if you weren't in the union on the wireless side you can't move into it. So none union wireless employee from 2018 to current would be Vzb. Where did you think most of the wireless people went the last 8 years.
