@cx Any title starting with chief: CEO, CTO, CIO, CMO, etc.
@bx OI had been slammed this year. Not sure what you're looking at.
@a9 I'm sorry, but it didn't start earlier this week. It's been in full swing for a couple of years.
@OP my experience is that Optum corporate is a pretty safe area. Although I don't think it's as much about area as it is about what you do. If you're involved with cloud adoption or AI, you're going to have a job. Anything else is considered legacy and overhead.
@cx it's all things chief, hence the "c. " So CEO, FO, OO, MO, HRO, etc.
@a9 can you be more specific? That's not a lot to go on
@ac maybe I'm stupid but what is c-suite? I get that it's the sh---y leadership but what does c-suite mean?
@bx Our large team was part of Optum Insight -- we lost 9 in January. I was one.
Entire healthcare sector is in shambles. Nobody is safe, not even shareholders.
@a9 what do you mean those impacted by 401k matching reduction? Wasn’t that literally company wide?
Have not heard of anyone RIF'd this year on OI
Yeah if you are in the c-suite you just keep raking in the $$$ while destroying people’s lives with your bad leadership skills
@a9 areas that will be impacted?
28+ here. There are going to be very deep cuts across the board (UHC/Optum) over the next few weeks (that obviously started earlier this week). Also, condolences to those impacted by the significant reduction in UHC matching for 401k contributions.
