If you think the Ethics line will help the employees that were let go, your wrong, Crown once nothing to do with you once your let go.

Towers were in trouble when the old Areas were shutdown. The Areas provided clear accountability, practical training (from a person sitting next to you), and advancement opportunities. After the Areas were shutdown we haven't rebuilt their clear ownership and structure. We have failed because the wrong people were promoted and corporate replaced experienced leaders with leaders by certification.

All you fraudsters know who you are. You religiously hired external people instead of promoting from within. You made excuses for objective stats. You gossiped about others instead of learned from them. You championed the customer experience but never spent time with customers yourself.

OP - does the ethics alert line handle institutional level complaints?

Don't call!!!! It's not anonymous and you'll end up out the door. Seen it a dozen times. They say they can't investigate wo ur name and they have it already by ur number. It's all a sham.

OP - It's clear you have not ever reported something or someone to the Ethics line. It is a joke and goes to Business Support for investigation if it's investigated at all.

You are joking, right? Severance packages come with an agreement to keep your mouth shut. The Board and EMT ignored anyone who questioned the tremendous amount of capital borrowed to build/buy fiber and small cells year after year. Managers put teammates with different points of view on their termination lists. Performance is not factored because "performance" is subjective here.

The ethics line is anonymous. Anonymity has no value when all reports go to Crown affiliated personnel. Crown gets to choose what to do with the information and Crown only takes action on reports with legal liabilities that can be proven in court. Crown is not concerned with ethics and the voice of individual contributors is assumed to be exaggerated.

Crown is basically an addict. We are sick and don't know what healthy looks like anymore. Elliot was the interventionist, but we had no after care plan. We are relapsing on bad decisions and bad leadership.
