I'm so done with this cr-p. I was given three people's work with impossible deadlines. Before, I might have tried to make it work, but I'm not ki-ling myself over it anymore. From this point on, it'll be done when it's done. They can hire help or let me go, I don't care.

Man...and you don't get a raise this year. Great Company...Not.
And they reduced Healthcare coverage and increased deductibles.
And they reduced 401k matching.
They are just going to keep hiring Offshore contractors and kick out the FTEs one by one...or run them out.
@OP Certainly feel your pain. I've been in that situation for about 5 months ever since they started the RIFs. No true leadership or understanding is so frustrating. Try not to let it consume you. Easier said than done, I know. I'll probably last a few more months......
