Is this going to be an interesting year as it relates to American Express layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

This company has gone so downhill for the workers. They just laid off all Consumer, Business and Corporate Customer service groups. All of them are now in Manila. 1 employee in the US is equal to 5 employees in Manila.
So, caring about people is the farthest thing on their mind. It is and always will be Greed Driven and this just proves it.

Last thing I heard was a push for rto again, apparently.
