And remember… survey is NOT anonymous or feedback taken seriously by leadership.

@fx It is true and the company states it in disclaimers on delivery of some results in some areas of the business.

@13p Answer your own question. Use Google or AI. The awards for ethical companies.. so many examples that were awarded the credentials of being an ethical organization doing unethical things. It is all about money always.

@np Yes. How can a $100B+ business with effectively zero corporate governance continue to win ethics awards?

@OP HCSC is now being run by a bunch of narcissistic folks. They successfully removed anyone at multiple senior levels that confronts that type of personality trait. Look up the definition of a narcissistic personality. It then all makes sense of what's happening. Only could happen at an org that is not answering to anyone really.

@mz I forwarded mine to one of the RIF'd employees to fill out.

@kh - you have to click a link created just for you in order to access the survey. Hence "This email has been personalized just for you, so please don't share it."

@hc They told us this was a goal given to all divisions, not one they chose.

@gh that doesn’t mean it’s true for every division

@fx It is true, I’ve seen the scorecard shared by our SVP. The “Action Taking Score” on the survey is part of divisional API.

There will probably still be API payouts, but should probably expect them to be a lot less than the last few years. Unless you're in the C Suite, then you can still expect anywhere from a 65 to 100% increase over last year.

I assumed they'd cancelled the API because we are doing so poorly financially that we had to lay people off. If we don't have enough money to pay employee salaries, how could we have money for millions of dollars in bonuses?
