Well, gulp, looks like this post was more relevant than we thought. Good luck everyone! Remember it’s not the end of the world if you’re cut - stay focused and move forward. If you’re not, be kind, and stay positive. This is not hunger game. Just change caused by reckless immigration policy.

As a Director of IT in a global company, I’ve witnessed several account executives being terminated while their senior leader "April" constantly spoke negatively about her own team claiming they were involved in misconduct or doing “weird things.” From my experience, the account executives I worked with were competent, professional, and followed the right processes.
The real problem lies with leadership that undermines their own teams instead of supporting them. This kind of toxic behavior drives away talented people and damages the company far more than any employee mistake ever could.

If they keep the current toxic leaders, all the good people will keep leaving. The ethical, hardworking employees are the ones being pushed out, while those causing the real damage stay protected. There are a few in leadership like M Gandy and his circle whose behavior has been unethical and toxic for too long. If the company wants to recover, that’s where the real cuts should start.
