Rajat and Ryan announcement about location strategy is going to see a number of sites close and with it the people in it will go.
Bottom 5% continue to be cut and at this point it's just a numbers game

@23z Yep. The comp meeting could be a "bonus and package conversation" or "you made it to Q1-FY26" (no one is guaranteed a full year anymore). I know of someone that was let go a few days before Thanksgiving.
Nope. It's still alive. Gonna happen until the bonuses period (15-20nov)
No, it's still ongoing this week.. US and other region directors were let go, not sure when it ends. Last year, it continued to November.

To avoid WARN they will layoffs in small pieces until quarter end.

No. I’m not aware that the seasonal layoffs even started; all of the October separations in our building were performance based as part of Annual Reviews.
