i've applied regularly to the roles i see online but i haven't seen positive responses...

@OP @OP Have you research the company before you apply? Did you target some companies? Did you follow-up? Did you post your resume via Simply Hire/Indeed, Monster removing your home address and providing email and alternate phone? Have you practice your stories? Have you practice your interview skills? the list is endless Good luck everyone and do not give up. Apply, apply before the upcoming holidays.

My advice is to write down the job id and ask a former colleague to find the name of the hiring manager so that you can contact him/het directly.
