Thread regarding Elevance Health (Anthem) layoffs

unfavorable social media posts

Has anyone heard of anyone being fired for unfavorable social media posts? In light of all the companies I see firing people for their comments regarding Charlie Kirk's assignation and then the Pulse article titled "Pause Before You Post: A Reminder on Social Media Responsibility", I figure social media posts will be ELV next way of firing people. They will be able to reduce numbers while not having to pay severance...smh

@zd people have been axed for social media comments they have made about this place - if you read the policy - pretty clear - keep your mouth shut if the point. Why do you think so many people have "fake accounts" in social media

Let’s move on from this type of stuff. Nothing positive will come of it. It doesn’t touch on layoffs, which is why we’re here, right?

@b2 try actually watching his uncut videos than sounding like you’re a modern Socrates or proving you’re more educated than Dr Seuss. The more I have been watching his uncut and uncensored videos, the more dishonest or ignorant your statements and others become, and justifies those firings.

This is a really simple pitfall to a avoid - just simply have enough human decency to not rejoice at the mu---r of a husband and father for simply expressing his beliefs- its stunning to see the number of progressive elites who applaud this violence- I only hope ELV will hold us accountable the same way.

@OP there was some id--t on reddit who took a photo of their screen a long time ago, mocking the alert that asked them why they were idle so long.

They definitely do monitor or respond to reports of bad behavior.
