After cascade 2, do job for 3 or 4 people. In 2026, do job for 5 or 6. Lean model prevails. And all ELT comp goes up 12%. That’s how this goes.

And it won’t be so transparent…

Your staff is short now? Well you’re not doing your job well enough. So PIP then fired. One less needed and no severance paid.

They’ll implement five days a week in office like Stifel for those close to home offices, more will leave, less they have to pay severance too.

More jobs to be offshored…
More technology to remove your job (Microsoft bookings and planner just to name a few for admins, project coordinators and project managers).

The list goes on and on. This is not over.
