Nah, don’t let them fool you into legitimizing their cost overruns as being attributed to incompetence. This is probably another grift project, with the money being carried out the back door and into the hands of our leaders, who are double dipping. There’s probably an llc or two involved in the transactions that receive payments, and then disperses funds to their personal llc’s. I won’t deny T2R has always been a $hit show! However, Project Roam (WiPro outsourcing) is nothing but a $hit show as well. Company signed a minimum commit and they are now $30M short of the min. Now Townes is scrambling to find anything and everything he can ship out. And the $30M doesn’t even touch the $50M he’s over budget on labor b/c he hasn’t slashed enough.

Ward and Heidi both retiring in July. If it weren’t for this post most people would never know. The unimaginable phone calls between the two of them would be priceless to hear. Ward talking in slow circles stuck on repeat like an old scratch vinyl, and Heidi talking in an endless straight line without ever arriving at the main point.
T2R is the biggest $hit show ever. H & W are completely incompetent & clueless. I would hope this is a forced retirement. Billions down the drain & an ongoing garbage project.
- Putting the T2R project into perspective. If the project was cancelled in year one and we saved all the money spent during years 2 through 7, we would have enough money saved to pay the salaries of every single ATS employee for the next 10 years.
- If we reassigned every single ATS employee associated with T2R in year one and assigned them back to T2R in year 6 and 7, we would have the exact same number of systems retired today.
- If we snapped our fingers and retired all the systems T2R is supposed to retire, and the project completed tomorrow, it would take us over 33 years to realize the savings in capex and opex.
Is this true? Are both retiring or not? TTR was their pet program. Snow is used to ticket the new services, it cannot be turned off.

Wards retirement hasn’t been announced. Everybody is tired of propping him up and doing his job for him. I joined a Coffee with Jon Summers call and told him everything he needed to hear about Ward and his side kick puppet and how they were ruining everything they touched and us developers were pi$$ed off. Fk Ward and his BS fake nice demeanor. He’s wrecked more lives than all the donut eating HR slobs put together.
