2 big branch divisional execs willingly left/resigned Wells Fargo this year (Cali and the southeast). Who will take their roles? Why does everyone hate Colleen? It’s giving ghetto!

Yep. External. A region exec in Atlantic got promoted to divisional exec.
Did they fill thr Cali executive role?
Jason from mountain was replaced by ina who was previously central. Central was then filled by Bryan mcveigh who had been in the branch banking strategy and advice group somewhere under Pablo. Cali still open, Atlantic open now.
I haven’t seen someone go from region exec to division exec, other then formissano, in YEARS. Like years. I don’t know that it’s happened outside of that in the past decade which is just nuts. Gotta be a bit demoralizing for middle mgt
Who replaced west-Jason? There’s so many great regionals that would do well there. I hope they don’t bring anyone in from outside

The mountain division guy left as well, and Atlantic just got promoted to same level as Colleen. Southeast role has already been filled.
I actually think CC is doing a fantastic job. The people who left seemed to have got the equivalent of her job of Saul’s job at other companies.
