@3e8 Amir was told to leave at least a month back and he found this placeholder company HiLabs where his buddy is CEO. Amir got HiLabs into Molina and now joined that vendor. That is the cunning fox Amir strategy for many years. Park himself in a small company like HiLabs after raking in lot of commission from Infinite at Molina, until his friend Himachal finds him a new CIO gig elsewhere. Good riddance anyways.

Sounds like MOL lost a true leader. Visionary, leader, cutting edge, Forbes CIO of the year, leader in getting rid of lazy workers, etc. Shame shame..
Even if the role is not filled, business will be as usual. 2000+ EVP, VP, AVP, Directors & Managers in Molina. Lower level employees are the real ones who get the job done company wide. Even if there are 100 of such so called leaders, things can keep going here. Amir fired so many a decade back that he deserved to be laid off/fired specially with all his favoritism game.
