I'm planning to submit my two weeks notice after my bonus and RSUs have vested and been paid out. Would I still be able to use any accrued vacation or sick time during that two week notice period?

@1xg it went well
How did it go?
@pe yes - if you are moving internally
No - if you’re moving outside the bank give them a fu-k
Due to this equally distributed RSU strategy, you can never be fully vested upon resignation. You are guaranteed to forfeit more than a year’s worth of equity. The house always wins.
Up to your manager, but if I was your manager I'd say no. You need to transition work before you leave.
From all of us also being mistreated and would like to do the same thing, thank you. Unfortunately to management this outcome is considered a success. The tactics of no raises has worked. But thank you, please communicate the reasons for leaving in your exit meeting - if they do those.
Congrats! I am doing the same thing! Tired of the quiet firing BS
take your sick and Personal time youve earned. They will only pay you for any vac time that you have earned/not used when you exit. its all yours and you can use as you wish. If you are leaving as stated, you don't care what they think.
No, you are not supposed to use vacation during your 2 week notice. But you could be walked out and paid the the 2 weeks plus your accrued vacation.
