Everyone wants to know how it's going and what happened.

How about some insight?

💯 I used to bust my butt for this company. I do BARE MINIMUM now. Get my paycheck. I'm not doing anyone else's work anymore. I hate this company.

@24t you are a crack up! Nobody flipping cares anymore, management has run this organization into the ground. Was chatting with a grocery manager the other day at one of the busiest stores in our region, known him for years, our reputation is trashed! Knock yourself out, rest of the people are doing the bare minimum and gonna complain about that all we want! 😂

@24t Are you delusional? If the entire team is bad how do you "run them off? The DM and RMS keep everyone here, even the bad workers. The company does not get any applications for posted jobs, and if they fire the bad workers, there won't be anyone working here.

You “vocal” guys love to complain, but you don’t work to make your territory a happier place. Everyone deals with the same problems, attitude is everything. If you have bad people run them off, work to make them better.

I agree. I used to be proud to work here and nows it's embarrassing. Zero standards. Sloppy merchandisers who do horrible work

@1mj I hope they want vocal people out. I'm vocal, I'm hoping they'll severance me out. I want to leave this sh-t show with some chump change in my pocket, and my dignity. Talk about the downfall of a once good company. It's embarrassing to work here now since we have zero standards, and stores look like cr-p. We also have so many merchandisers with sh---y attitudes. It used to be fun and pleasant to work here, those days are long gone.

@1hp Makes sense because the RMS didn't care about anyone before this switched, so why would they care now.

They definitely want us vocal guys gone. They want people who think everything is great. If you been around for awhile I guarantee they want you gone. They want new people they can mold.

@t6 Full timer here, I'm one of the few that knows what to do. I could have been a SA but the DM wouldn't promote me. But me it su-ks right now my TRM was an RMS, and he just doesn't care about his people. Only cares about Trax being done, and billboarding. I don't the most stores on my team. I'm driving more now then I ever had, over hour everyday. We need more help on the team, but they won't hire anyone. I feel they want me to leave because I'm very vocal. And our pay rate really didn't change that much, it wasn't even 1%.

It's been a sh-t show; not all territories were fully staffed when they did this. The RMS that are now TRM are the worst. They really don't care about us full-timers, especially the ones who actually work and do the job right. I know the territories that are fully staffed, it has been ok, not good because some of the full-timers don't care. I have more anxiety now about my days than I ever have.

This can work. But, you are only as good as the people you work with. Creating a team mentality will help. If you have the FTOWs backs, they might have yours.

Yep. If you're fully staffed w good people it works but that only last so long if ever. It'll be a train wreck

My territory is down a full timer and a part timer. I am packing out every single day working 10-12 hours a day out in the field.
This only works if you are fully staffed

The order writers jobs haven’t changed, they’re still doing the exact same thing they’ve done the last three years. Only difference is they’re reporting to a different manager that is now also responsible for doing all the selling, training, and managing of the stores and people.

@146 this is mission one on going , larger territories , no sales reps , order writers are the new sales reps at reduced wages, this is the final stage o& mission one

@12c You can’t say that!! People here only want to hear bad news or bi--h and complain. And if you say anything remotely positive, then you’re a liar. Not sure why people are so obsessed with wanting others to fail or be miserable. The rest of the country should be happy this is working cause Mission One clearly did not, and the sooner the other regions switch to this maybe we can go back to being a respectable organization again.

I spent the last three years driving all over my state, going from FTOW to SA to Rep between two different teams. For the first time in my career I'm in my own backyard. I have 15 stores and two of which I don't have to go to at all unless they call in with an issue. My longest drive is 30 minutes from my house, I only help out with order writes on the days when one of my FTs are off to help the other out with the bigger accounts. I rarely touch a case. Most of my time in stores is selling and coaching or code checking seasonal stores. While we are not in stores 24/7 we are on call constantly for questions from our staffs, and God forbid there's an emergency. Honestly, this system actually seems to be working.

@v3 Makes no difference to me what you believe. People asked for insight and I gave mine. I’m actually in the role, meanwhile you’re probably in some other part of the country with no clue what’s going on. Just whining and bi--hing about something you have no knowledge of. Enjoy being a miserable f*ck and go pack out some deliveries.

There are territories that are not fully staffed guess who has to do work Merchandising, order writes etc... me RTM no help from DM no SA support as they are running them all over putting out fires lol. This is a sh-t show count yourself lucky if you have competent FTOW'S

It all depends on your help. If you have 3 good ftows it probably isn't bad but some people can't even get 1 good one and even if you get a good one they quit. This company is a revolving door for ftows.

I like all the downvotes on the people doing well from the butt-hurt people wishing everyone fails. Since I have so much free time now as an RTM, maybe you guys can come work on my territory and I can coach you on your poor attitude hahaha

@nw I guess reading comprehension isn’t your specialty. If you need help understanding what “speaking from my own experience” means, maybe you’re too d-mb for the position in the first place..

@nk Puhlease! A lot of the extra time was learning payroll and scheduling? You're making it sound like once you learn payroll and scheduling you won't even be at 40 hours. Oh my, whatever will you do with all your free time? Talk about complete rubish. Lies, all lies!

Only 2 replies huh? You're both alluding to the RTM position sounding favorable, better than the Sales Rep position, and like you aren't overworked and under paid? I call BS on these replies. Let's hear from some other people. There's no way there's more positive outcomes than negative outcomes. This company doesn't roll that way. Every change is in the companies favor, and makes the job more miserable and difficult for the employees. All the changes also cut down employees pay, instead of staying the same or increasing the pay. Don't act like this change is good. BS, BS, BS!

I worked about 45 hours last week but a lot of the extra time was from home learning to do schedules and payroll. I was able to get to all my selling stops and didn’t have to do too much merchandising. My full timers aren’t the best so I’m going to spend a lot of time training them next week. They need a lot of order writing training. But so far so good.

Only speaking for my own experience, but this week I packed out the least I have in my 20 years. I definitely wasn’t in the field over 40 hours, and I do the scheduling when I’m sitting at a store. The only thing I did from home was approve payroll for maybe ten minutes. There’s a hiring freeze until April 1 and my last opening for a full timer will be filled that week. That will make three full timers and three part timers on a 20 store route. So surprisingly, this is actually starting off well and exactly like they planned. I’m as shocked as anyone cause every idea this company has is usually terrible. But like I said, this is just my experience. I know other routes where the RTM is still packing out a lot of deliveries.
