If you want to look into the future. Take a look at Cloud Software Group. Huge investment in Pune. A great deal of roles were lost to that region in previous years but the company continues to struggle and is not growing.

When company starts focusing toward India, it starts to fail. Why? It’s not discrimination, it’s a stats.
Tell me which company did well if Indian are majority of management positions?

They only favor their own people, micro management, take credits, no respect, rude, snake….
Name one good thing they did at UKG?

@OP
Have you heard any talk about layoffs within the product support role? Several UKG Pro reps are now expected to train and work UKG Ready cases with limited sh---y training. When the manager brought up the training it was advised that it was an option but would be great for job security. When we asked if we should be worried of course her answer was no but that she wanted us to be in the best position possible if we were being closely watched. I also found out not every team will be going through the training. I have a feeling those that will not be trained will be let go. Then once Pune is up and running more from the US who are still around will eventually be let go. UKG is quickly moving their focus towards AI and India It feels like we are being set up to fail with the new expectations that change every week it seems.

All these PE required, failed management layoffs has not helped the company stock - fair market valuation - down from a measly $7.51 last year to a horrific $5.88 earlier this month.

@1dm yeah, it definitely doesn’t look like we’re going public. Any readiness to go public is to make the transition to being sold to an already publicly traded company. They said the products are great already, but I’ve heard Sales is a mess. Def not going public.

Their only goal seems to be to go public with high margins and dump the stock on retail and exit.
