.....oh that's right, those are no more! Money otherwise spent on consultants, C level events and overpaying "leaving" executives.
One small step they could do to try and start to rebuild any kind of culture here....but nope.

@1ax IMO we have neither culture nor strategy at risk since there is none but we do have those slides that should say "look at us, we have NOTHING but arrogance and simple minds" Culture is overrated if there's no one left to experience it and we've done a great job of destroying the little we had. That should be our GTM message - no strategy, no culture, lowest pay in the industry but buy our stuff just cuz
@1a1 Good times, and we were winning. Now, we want to be “D-mb Infosys” or Slalom 2.0 with gear on the side ( since their business is doing so well-NOT). We have elitist leader-tards who don’t understand simply that red tape chokes off culture. And culture still eats strategy for breakfast.
@19j yup, and the raffles where you actually won stuff worth it (cars, trips), they gave away hundreds of gifts.
I mean we even had just-past- his-peak SINBAD perform at one of the Xmas parties downtown, SINBAD!! We used to take the Hyatt over, so much fun.
I remember the days when we got the Holiday Bonus with a real check handed to you in a meeting, a massive all you can eat and drink holiday party at a fancy hotel in Chicago, Pumpkin Pies and Turkey's... Oh how the mighty have fallen...
Our holiday bonus is being able to check our ESPP in Fidelity and see a nice merry red number ❤️
@bb That's what had also happened with RSUs, stock awards for directors and above. The greed and tone deafness of these motherf----rs is ridiculous.
For Christmas, I just want the C Suite, including CL, to be sent to Mexico or Venezuela to fight the cartels. Who knows? The trip might help them to build character. LOL

Do you remember in 2022 when they sent the email out to everyone that it would be for $500, the. Pulled it back because that was only for Sirius employees, and everyone else was only $50.
There will in fact be a holiday bonus this year. Directors and above.

If we had a holiday bonus then how would we pay for the $750 million on stock buybacks and paying the board their annual $350 million?
