9/23 - Shares reflect as "distributed"
9/24 - Fidelity sells shares to cover taxes
9/25 - Remaining shares available to hold, transfer or sell
Hi, my RSU shares (vesting date 9/20) are shown vested as of 9/22. Does anyone know when the shares will be distributed (after some sold for taxes) to my Fidelity cash account? Thanks.
So far so good, at least that should add a bit to my retirement savings. Pity I couldn't hang on for another year and get the last fourth of the last grant I got. But I'm glad I got this time around.
The 9/19 grant has vested.

Yes, RSUs are vesting in the U.S. throughout this week. Verified.
@ae If Oracle buys TikTok, at least we will receive the benefit of the product being slowly ki-led like the other products they bought.
But, I think what is more likely is that Oracle is relevant for hosting the data of TikTok. They already have some experience through Project Texas and similar, so it would not come as a surprise if Oracle gets picked as the datacenter partner.
So much for the TikTok bump. It isn't the first time that it's been rumored that O would buy it.
