Can we get some competent managers?

Pretty please? Aren't they supposed to make our jobs easier instead of harder? Why is NS determined to just promote or hire completely incompetent people? Why?

Seems to be that the UP boss who is trying to buy NS is foaming so hard that he can’t see or think straight. Two chances to get the paperwork right - 2 swings and misses. How many of his underlings would still be around with that level of competence ? Evidently the board of directors don’t seem to mind the stain of failure either. As long as the carrot of a big payday is dangled, the false narrative of a railroad monopoly benefitting all parties will continue.
