I was just told that Rick Fleisher and Anne-Marie Pepi left suddenly yesterday. No word if it was voluntary or not. Anyone know why?

Terrible leaders that let their middle managers run the entire leasing group into the ground while rewarding whoever kissed their as--s the most. Treated everyone else with zero respect.
Whatever was going on between them personally was also VERY obvious so who were they trying to fool. Also, gross.
@12m Paid their people? You work somewhere else! Most people in leasing have taken a sizable pay cut when you take inflation into account. Frozen pay and bonuses, etc.
Wonder when all those h4ead visa couples will go through the same treatment.
Who cares if they were having an affair? At least they knew their business, ran it well, clients loved them, they made it profitable and paid their people.
That's an f-ing high bar around here.

So what? They will just be replaced. Not like anyone really knows what they did anyway. Everyone just does their jobs and goes home.
Not great people, big egos- they were having an affair for years. Traveled the world on Bank biz to see each other – worst kept secret at the bank and she worked for him.
And I thought it was fraud related. They were both of retirement age and it’s customary in this group to allow folks to say your goodbyes. People don’t leave, and many of the operation have worked together for a long time.
oh wow - had no idea. They were GREAT leaders. Wonderful people.
Big loss for what has been one of the only consistently profitable businesses for this institution with loyal clients.
Am very curious to learn why. Agree something must have happened.
