I finished my full loop two weeks ago. No response from the interviewer even after 2 follow up emails for status update?

I think that trust in the management here has been largely destroyed. Is there anyone who still trusts the management? This mistrust is exactly why some of my colleagues left and generally why some of the best employees are leaving.
