Company is targeting the week of april 6th for all employees to know their status in the new organization. The wait is almost over

Contractors were all let go last month. Company is doing a "reorg" and giving out severe packages next month for employees. The smoke is finally clearing from the mirrors.

Noble Energy has let employees know that here will Be "workforce reduction" coming soon. Nice euphemism for layoffs. Oil has gotten so ridiculous companies cannot even operate.

The whole segment is messed - oil and natural gas exploration and production... Noble is doing fine so far but things might change for us in early 2015 if prices continue to fall we'll reach the point where we'll be like 'cannot function anymore'
