Some think that the bonus implies some kind of job security. I thought so too, however, others tell me that it would not be unusual to receive a bonus and then be laid off. I would like to hear your opinion.

Now that bonuses are coming up does anybody expect to see a good one this year? They cut a lot of percentage from people that “don’t matter”
