I found a great position at a different aerospace company, but I don’t know if I can take it. Does Honeywell make employees sign a non-compete agreement when they hire on? I was hired over a decade ago and have no idea what I signed.

Me and co-workers get roughly 150% workload and a boss that just pushes. Impossible to do what is asked. Couple people quit. I am trying to get to year end and join them on the outside. Suffering burnout. #burnout

LOL just looked at glassdoor and they show "75% would recommend a friend". Money buys reviews. I wonder if they ask the India guys to review and show the text to their manager. Quite a difference from what JE heard.

Today's email attempted to soft shoe the re-org by saying it is happening and managers remaining will basically emerge as indirect strategic "people" managers so just keep working, nothing to see, you'll hardly even notice it.
