Just few days ago while on vacation,

In a 5 star hotel with 100% full occupancy..

Manager personally found and gave me free upgrade to one of the best luxury suites they had with access to pool, beach and a 1k a ticket New Year's eve party.

Good life style is so motivating in life!! ✌️ 😎 ✌️ can't wait to get back from vacation and start re-planning / executing my career and life. #lovinglife #lovelife #motivation #VIP

Insecure people in vicious groups 😐 😐 😐 can be intolerable with their backstabbing, spreading hate/rumors and political gaming!!! Been there before. Hence, the two ODIs I won.

If I ever reached such a bad situation, I would not stay.

Life's too short to deal with AR$$WIPES on daily basis.

As for me - I do not even think about ACT but quiet often get id!ots come up to me telling me my job is secure even without me ASKING THEM or EXPRESSING ANY CONCERNS 😂 😂 😂. So many of these deadwood good for nothing 0ld l0sers around, I wish they would get ACT !!!! I don't want them sitting around me or coming to talk to me. I don't even say hello to the ret4rd grannies..

As for me,😊 😊 😁 I am working harder than ever, sprinting to finish/close all my work for end of year !!! Finishing Strong while also preparing for my house for new year with changes, fun, parties, festivities and vacation ... oh and also making good use of the shopping sales during the work hours 😊 😊 😁, sooo ???

@qjj What a horrible work life for you😭 😭 😭 so sad !!!! There are plenty of Intel managers that are slave drivers and have mentality of abuse and taking advantage of employees they can. If you allow them they will. YOU CAN'T SURVIVE AT INTEL WITHOUT FIGHTING BACK, have not come across such an aggressive company.

Same kind of managers that probably go home and beat their wife and kids TOO !!??? ✋ 😐 😐 Many such groups within Intel exist.

Even though MCM is aware and trying to change the culture by hiring outsiders to bring in a positive culture - it will be atleast 10 years before Intel improves.

There is no way to accelerate a transformation unless Intel reduces to manageable size, less 50% ...and eliminates each group and group-within-group trying to be their own company, have their own ways of managing people and culture.

First realize you don't have to tolerate this 😭 😭 😭 You are the driver of your life Have you considered changing to a different group within Intel or considered outside opportunities???

Remember you..

so it is upto you

After some time - money at expense of your family, health, peace ✌ 😎 ✌ and personal life is not so important and worth it. You can earn few dollars less and still enjoy your life.
