Never assume your colleagues are your friends. It is just a professional relationship, as it should be. Just move on and good for you they don't contact you. Once you leave Intel don't look back and go on to the next phase of your life. Why do you want to stay in touch other than say linked in? Left Intel after 3 decades but I fortunately started another job same week as my last date at Intel. Money not bad but most importantly that nonsense of ranking and rating and showing career progress to a manager who is not fit to be your manager is all gone and stress is zero!
Are these the same colleagues that pretend to be your friends? The same people that will take your efforts and accomplishments and pass them off as their own. There simply is no morality left at Intel. Sick environment.
How can you trust your peers, at focal everyone will be looking to find the 4% IR and the additional 4-7% L4 stock.
Look around are you one of them or going to be the one your management chain offers up to meet distribution and then get fired in 2017.
No it is the worst and poisonous environment going into Focal, have fun writing your IPS and make sure you aren't the bottom dweller!

Insecure people in vicious groups 😐 😐 😐 can be intolerable with their backstabbing, spreading hate/rumors and political gaming!!! Been there before. Hence, the two ODIs I won.
If I ever reached such a bad situation, I would not stay.
Life's too short to deal with AR$$WIPES on daily basis.
