There are quite a few in Oregon site - especially those stuck to one manager for more than 5 years. These are protected by their incompetent managers.
Not OP here, I caught wind of this as well. We had a team meeting and they didn't call into the bridge at first, which was odd. They (managers) told us "off the record" to be aware that colleagues on other teams may be impacted by a 20-30% headcount reduction in NDG. You'll probably already know if you're affected, announcements should have started in November. From who it was that told us, and the fact that they had examples of projects cancelled and people who have already moved out to other teams, I fully believe it.
