Service was a sh---show last week. Customer doesn't care about the root cause. Customer wants a reliable service.

Citrix Cloud is currently experiencing issues that impact availability of admin and end-user services. We are working diligently to understand the root cause. At this point we believe the issue could be related to our third party provider and we are working to identify means of mitigation.

Netscaler has no place in the cloud space. New apps are using ELB on Amazon. For east-west traffic Avi is killing legacy players. Born in the cloud will eat "lift/shift with fake cloud messaging" for lunch!

Similarly, the XA/XD guys are lost. Engineering leaders will get fired for making mistakes and then declaring victory for doing lift/shift!
