Has anyone received a severance package in 2023/2024, looking to see if they are offering a similar package to everyone impacted, I reviewed the preliminary documents and I do not think they are being fair for my dad having 34 years of service!

No layoffs. Not sure about Europe and Germany. They have workers protected there but here in the USA we do not have any layoffs.
