Has anyone received a severance package in 2023/2024, looking to see if they are offering a similar package to everyone impacted, I reviewed the preliminary documents and I do not think they are being fair for my dad having 34 years of service!

don't know when it changed buy tin 2020 it was 2 weeks per year.
Same 1 week/year for me
