Alta Gracia is a great concept, living wage and benefits for workers. Too bad Follett did just the opposite by moving my stores full time employees to part time to limit pay and eliminate benefits. Hypocrites.

I LOVE my campus. And want to do the best job. I cannot speak to how things are in Westchester. In the stores we have NO idea what the direction is. If you're depending on your RM's and SVP's to get the word out. It is NOT working.

One day this will all be over and follett will be like all the other retail stores. A store manager and a bunch of part time kids folding clothe. manager will do nothing other than baby sit and receive minimal compensation.

Some damage cannot be repaired. Eliminate your number one resource which is employees and replace with kfarts. You saw it hear first - Fall rush will be a disaster in so many ways and the kfarts and ML should be accountable.
