28% cancelled jobs, 32% stand by jobs, that only means less than half of our initial job orders are being manufactured currently. With steady decline as seen, we should get rid of most over paid machinist and schedule ppl.

That's pretty much all, it's a nuclear meltdown in Oil and Gas, and things are looking pretty dismal. Many folks with a ton of experience were laid off
