Ramon, you can be the best machinist there, the problem is the supervisors dont respect machinist, clening crew and top machinist are at the same level to them, the so call inspectors will give you N.C.Rs. just because they dont know what they doing and when it comes to review all show up and they give you $ .50 cents if lucky, its B.S. this place is a dump, its so bad that even brown nose people are getting lay off, lets hope someday they change management so we can go back and be the best Ramon, good luck.

the fag supervisor at nightshift is always bragging with his buddys that all the ladys secretaries on the day are his hoes, that they show up at night lunch time to suck him dry, and this ladys have no shame even the marry ones, and this supervisor has make fun of all minorities there but if you complain to H,R, they dont do shit, they are all muslim whores.

I used to work for DQ and it was the BEST place i ever worked. I don't know WHY all these disgruntled employees are complaining.

Alot of companies have had 2 even 3 layoffs so during this down turn in the patch, I commend Dril Quip for holding off as long as they have.

they should fired the two brothers supervisors that don't know jack about machining, this happens because they lat go the best machinist and other leave because gat feed up, l gat fired for complaining about a fan that a coworker took and l complain and gat fired, for a fan. plus they are Muslims.

Engineering is getting it, upper level management. Looks like they are letting the more expensive senior people go and leaving the fresh college grads.

l was thinking to stop by and ask for my job back, but now l don't know what to think, l use to run one of the new mazak milling centers machines at night shift but gat fired for taking too much time off, l really love working with the best.
