If management really want to take care the problem of drugs they should go to the dealers, but that won't happen because management and supervisor are probably getting drugs from them, we all know who this people are, the ones that all they have to do is just show up and ride the golf cart all day or all night long just bullshiting, the ones you ask for tools to run your machine and they tell you to f--- off and if you complain they bring you all the wrong tools so you screw up and get fired, but you know it won't happen because this guy's nose are way too brown , and that's what supervisors and management like, so if you are a good brown nose, you have nothing to worry about, good luck.

my buddy tell me a history about one of his friends that use to work at Dril-Quip about a similar situation, that all of their department was going to be tested for drugs, he got scare to lose his job so he come clean to the supervisor or leadman and cut a deal, his decision was to take re-hab, so when H.R. did all the insurance paper work they notice that he had 2 small children's, so l don't know if they have to or not but they end up reporting it to D.F.P.S. Texas department of family and protective services, what a mess he said, almost lost his kids so be careful, he said it was better to lose the job than lose his kids, dril-quip is a mean company, l got fired from there and its been hell to get a new job, they report you like if you are worse than a criminal, hell people who come out of jail have better luck finding a job than people that get fired by dril-quip, so please be careful, F.Y.I.
