Getting hit hard this morning. My group has been decimated. Lots of old timers being let go.

Citrixcloud is really struggling. The auth service was red all week in Sep. A bunch of old idiots running the team, building cloud in .NET The company is getting its a-- kicked. VMware is miles ahead. Firing people doesn't solve the root cause.

My Sr. director (IT) decided to keep only the useless people on my team. I hope he has fun with them, and will notice in a few weeks that actual work isn't getting done because they don't know how to do it.

So far XM has lost a couple and one TSMgr been here for at least 12 years.
