Would it be too much to ask who should really be laid off? I know some higher ups that do some very shady and ethically questionable things to make themselves look good while killing the company. Is it wrong to name the ones that should be walking out the door escorted by security or the police?

That is definitely the case. I never saw anyone promoted for great work, or customer kudos. They were always promoted because they kissed a-- and asked for promotions. In fact, last round of promotions were given to the least effective people who simply s---ed up to mangement the most.
The problem with Citrix is there still exists an ‘ol boys club’ where groups and people are protected. There are groups in FL, MA, NJ and more. There are people who skate by and do very little work yet, I put $100 down they will prevail today. There are people who got acquired and vocalized their hate for Citrix… they will prevail. There are people who are unqualified for the jobs they are in… they will prevail.
The problem with corporate America is you are not rewarded for hard work, but rather kissing a--. There is a lot of rimming going on at Citrix and sadly it won’t change unless the receiving folks are cut off.
I would think that in today's climate with SJW's it cannot hurt to post names.
