3 months severance is BS, if you've been there 10 plus years. 6 months minimum for that commitment. OKC job market isn't exactly hopping.

That wouldn't be bad at all 2-3 months severance, cashed out all unvested stock would be a nice stack of cash.

Unvested stock doesn't actually vest. The buy out your invested stock and pay you the cash equivalent. From what I was told, this is what happened to corporate development in Ohio.
