Heard some people were let go today. Was it a big layoff?

Stock going down and down. How’s the NJ staff doing?

Catalent has become a good place to be at. Here a few years and it it keeps improving. We have come a long way and I am glad to be here during the pandemic where the employee is being looked after as a priority. Leadership is doing a good job.

Catalent has been doing great things and is starting to act like a big company. They have some catching up to do but it is a great place to be.

Just laid off 16 in IT to replace with outsourced bodies from L&T Infotech. This has been going on gradually for 2 years. The more they replace the slower their projects go.

Layoffs are frequent, nothing more to add about Catalent

That is the rumor, you never know at Catalent though...

it is all blackstone's fault - they are pressing the management to layoff workers just to improve cash flow in short term so they can service loans they took to by catalent

Isn't that what a business should do? Would you feel more comfortable if every layoff was personal? Remember they are in business to stay in business and make profit, not employ you.
