Stock going down and down. How’s the NJ staff doing?

It’s a kinder place the last few months. People respect one another again. The last thing anyone needs is a bitter nag yelling orders. We will turn this around together. Go team!
Morale has improved. Entitlement is gone. Breath of fresh air in the building. Happy to be here.
Princeton NJ laid off close to 20 employees late June. Mostly employees from the previous company Erytech prior to the acquisition of the site in May 2022. 14 months later they still have no clients or manufacturing. Not surprising.
It is better already. The right people are now in charge.
Why would anyone want to work here?
Bye bye. This isn’t looking good. Maybe start chopping the big salaries. Who would have thought this is how it ends?
And now I’m hearing all remote employees must return to the office. Makes sense when you consider all the unnecessary travel time & expenses that are submitted. This adds up fast. There is office space. Use it. People frown upon the ones who wheel in once a month on the company dime.
Executive leadership changes today, all departing effective immediately.
- Mike Riley, President, Division Head of Bioproduct Delivery.
- Manja Boerman, President, Division Head of Biomodalities.
- Mario Gargiulo, SVP of Biologics Operations, Europe.
Clean house. Needs a clean sweep. Too much expensive corporate overhead.
This week the CFO is out, the DEI VP quit, and the stock dropped 20 percent following an earnings warning.
My advice-keep on firing folks.
It seems like quiet quitting has become the norm. Nobody is saying anything about a buy out. What’s up?
IMO: This is classic model of dead wood. Get some fresh ideas and new perspectives from outside the fortress walls. Clean house!
Sad to see the old timers just waiting for a buy out package.
Danaher buyout? The first clue will be lots of pink slips (that means getting fired).
I want a layoff.
Princeton, NJ can still trim some more fat. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The salaries there are outrageous. Don’t keep hitting up the plants without making significant cuts at HQ. LT snd HR needs to take a hard look in the mirror and look at ROI and bad attitudes. They know who the whiners are.
To poster below -- NJ HQ already took a hit
Give Princeton their parachutes. You know they want it. And hire fresh ideas for a lot less money and a lot less negativity. They are bringing down morale with their fat salaries and antiquated ways of working.
Princeton, NJ site was ramping up with hiring Manager's, Directors, and Supervisors for the Cell Therapy unit. The new 21 suites are not filled right now and there is a lot of "Top Heavy" VP's, Directors, Executives there. Who's going to do the manf. of CAR T, those C-Suites. I kid you not, they won't.... Time to lay them off too.
Parachutes need before the plane goes down in smoke. :-)
So when does NJ HQ take a hit? Surely there is some cost cutting action that can happen there!
Laid off Rockville, Gaithersburg and Webster sites.
It’s still top heavy in salaries. Look around. There’s some big bucks. Is the ROI really there?
New coffee machines and sandwich kiosks installed right after the playoffs. Survivor incentives I presume.
IMO anyone who has skills is looking for a new job or has already moved on. People don’t stick around with the same old employer like the old generations used to. They need to cut costs. Good luck to all of you.
I heard it’s a depressing place to work. They just did a round of layoffs.
Are more layoffs on the way?
