Thread regarding Catalent Pharma Solutions layoffs

The business I started is not important . . . it is the point that I was trying to make. Being laid off is not necessarily a bad thing, it promotes entrepreneurial ability. While businesses are in business to make money, it is the PEOPLE doing the work that fuel the business that makes the money that the company earns, etc. Workers should be treated as people, not chattel with NO thought to health or welfare. It took two years to recover from the stress-related illnesses caused by working for one of these high-stress/meritocracy guided companies and I still have health issues that will never go away. Like I said, RUN while you are still able because these companies will chew you up and spit you out, with no thought or conscience. Ridiculous.
