I hope that folks know that just getting to M75 does NOT mean you get subsidized medical insurance when you retire. You all really need to check this out with HR, as it is based on several, individual factors.

So, anyone know if you get laid off in 2021, can you still buy into the Management Transition Plan to get the subsidy? I would be MR75 eligible in June 2022, so trying to decide if I still have a shot at the subsidy.
