Exempted from RTO?

My last day is tomorrow but my co-workers (Engineering group) are not aware of this RTO and our market is not located in one of the 9 offices. Is there any group that is exempted from this RTO?

AT&T to sell Copper network and California

Looks like the deal is about done! AT&T to sell off their ILEC copper assets and services and retain all Fiber assets in all States outside of California. Will be interesting to see how they continue with out California revenue.

Stankey set to announce retirement

Stankey will retire on his 62nd birthday on August 20, 2023. He will remain on the board as an advisor to AT&T through end of year. This will be announced on the earnings call on July 26 to everyone.

Sorry to break it to you, but word on the street is that the layoff numbers are going to be massive. up to 40% in some divisions. Buckle up. They need some good talking points when explaining Q2 and YTD numbers, and this will be it.
