Mismanaged and disorganized

I swear, there should be an AT&T logo next to the words "mismanaged" and "disorganized" in a dictionary. We're a textbook example for both, thanks to Stankey.

To all bargained for employees ...

Best thing to have happened to me, and others

I left T in 2022. No plan, no "other job", no back up plan. The motivation was not to lose 40% of my pension. Best decision I've ever made. After 4 job interviews, I was able to leverage my experienced gained at T after 24 years and got hired on... — read more

The AT&T RTO Problem

Saw this buried in this forum and had to elevate it. It's EXACTLY why we hate RTO. Why RTO is counter-productive to our company's productivity and is cultivating a culture the company really should not want. "I've worked in the software... — read more

Dallas, Atlanta, New Jersey and Washington hubs for ATS need to start looking into unionizing to secure their jobs

Lack of professionalism across the board

I guess when you systemically get rid of the people who are professionals, know what they're doing, and care about doing a good job, what you have left is a bunch of folks who are just looking to get the day over with and don't care how they do it... — read more

Happy Easter to everyone. For those leaving next, maximize your last paid holiday at T.

Termination Package

My termination package includes two years pay (per our CWA/Leg T contract) and I'm wondering if I get my five weeks vacation in the second year of the payout.

What happened to layoffs last week?

I thought layoffs were happening last week and I asked everyone I know (even different departments) and they didn't know anything. What's going on?

Strikes, Riots & Anarchy

How are people selling AIA-B this fast?

I’m honestly curious, I saw that there is already 9 sales of AIA-B and much more. There is no way in he-l they’re able to do that this quick. I’m a BAT seller and the idea of selling this is just not even worth it to me. Rumor says that we’ll be... — read more

RTO - ATS (Legg) and Enterprise Business (Welday)

Just heard thru the grapevine that both of these organizations are now STRICTLY enforcing 5 days in the office. AT&T Business-CS&O (Townes org) is dropping the hammer on all departments this week and next. Sounds like ATS is pushing really hard to... — read more

Tax Break

What happened to all that money AT&T was to save during the “4” years under the Trump administration ? Remember the tax cut! All the people they were gonna hire?.. somebody”s pockets got full!

GES Layoffs Today

Off payroll 4/5. I’m safe but I’m shocked at some of the losses, including a SAL that one a really large deal last year. No rhyme or reason to the Layoffs outside of the fact they are older, white, and men.

3 Days su-ks if HOL or VP

Fear-filled culture at T

Why is everything these days about threats and yelling and never about incentives and positive feedback? Who told T management that fear is the only "good" way to manage people?
