Xerox is a total mess. Is there anyone here who thinks that it is possible to stabilize this company? I think that, unfortunately, it is too late for that. I don't see how that would be possible.

The atmosphere is so toxic
This is the first company I work for where I feel anxious whenever I need to ask about something I need. I'm almost sure that for most people here, Xerox is the most toxic company they've ever worked for? Maybe it wasn't always like that, but it... — read more

Only perhaps some radical change
I'm afraid there is no way out for X. I'm not even sure anymore if some radical move can change this place for the better? Maybe it's too late for everything now. I wish I wasn't right.
Last Monday of the month
If history repeats itself, every Monday this month there has been reduction in force. Rumour has it that it’s happening again today.
Stop wasting your life at Xerox
You'll have nothing to show for it in the end. There are thousands of better companies that appreciate their employees and reward them properly for the work they're doing. Go find one of them. Even if it's not perfect, it's going to be better than... — read more
Production shutting down or being sold
Any truth that layoff will affect the “president” and last ones standing of the once great production team? If infact, a sale of that division is eminent, the buyer seeks the existing customer base. The few remaining products aren’t worth promoting... — read more
Work for X? What is the brand of your home printer/scanner?
If you bought it (not were given for home office), what brand do you own? Why?
Why is it deleted?
Why removing the post about the 10 most overpaid CEOs? JV is #4 on this list. This is public information and important for employees to know, but this site has deleted that post twice (once before he died, so this must not be the reason).
One team, one boat

Is it just me?
or does anyone find it suspicious that a website on layoffs has so many JV, EC, and XRX lovers? If you're so happy, what are you doing on this site? Bullying other employees?
July 26, Q2 results, what is expected?
Profitability is horrible, but we are taking market share in BW A3, and if we just do the same in all other segments we could reach mediocrity in 2024… Steve B will plug CareAR 700 million times, despite almost all revenue in that division coming... — read more
CBS terrible decision by Xerox let two of the best go today.
Xerox made one of the worst decisions I've ever seen them make. I've worked for CBS and under Jay Cartisano leadership for 9 years and he was one of the best Presidents and cared so much for his CBS family. I hope he knows what a difference he has... — read more
Does anyone here take their job seriously?
There are many pretenders but in reality I think that the percentage of those who really take their work seriously here is relatively minor.
The days of the manufacturer are over
It is sad to see what has happened w Xerox. Totally destroyed GIS, the direct channel is a mess and people are just waiting to be let go. Mr. Vega was a pioneer of Global and embodied the benchmark. It’s not a surprise to see his life long... — read more

When you think that morale can't be any lower...
X makes it even lower. The company seems to have become an expert in how to destroy any morale employees have left?
I think the majority can't wait to be cut
I think that X has become the company where employees are the least disappointed when they are cut. Perhaps I'm wrong, but it seems to me that no one wants to work here anymore and everyone is hoping for a package. Just out of curiosity, how much... — read more

I heard there was a big layoff within CareAR. any truth?
It's hard to understand why some are still willing to join

Basically, I'm more concerned about myself and how to find a new job, but still I often wonder if anything can save Xerox?
