Well it’s April 2023 I still have a job but just don’t have a new comp plan …
Rumor has it for Christmas bonus everybody will get a free subscription to the jelly and jam of the month.
I just heard they will be a layoff in 2023.
I should be so lucky to get laid. off.

While I don't have any specific details, I suspect it will be more of the same (layoffs, outsourcing, no raises, etc.).

New guy has already executed his turnaround strategy and it’s working. Bonuses and raises across the board. Hiring to ramp up in Monroe County to handle the increase in activity. Onboarding and onshoring to start 1/1. It’s all good.
Just in case nobody says anything nice to you guys today...... you all rock!
If you leave here …that’s your holiday bonus. Not a bad idea if you ask me.
