Theres an employee that brings his grade school child to work in the afternoons after school and tutors the child all afternoon in his office. It must be nice to work for a wonderful company that allows you to do that. I wish I had a child!

Do you have more details about severance pay?

I heard they are eliminating departments like order management and shipping after 3rd quarter. They hired consultants to find and eliminate redundancies. They are moving their operations to Oregon (out of state). Anyone else hear this?

I overheard a talk between two VPs this week. The company is looking at letting a number of FAEs go this summer. Intel feels that their IoT sales group can handle the load that FAEs now carry.

People are being let go due to restructuring. New CEO doesn't keep promises of no layoffs made just a couple months ago. He looks like one that can't be trusted. Makes people feel unstable. Time to leave.
