Anyone else get an "access denied" error when trying to view the town hall slides/video

In a huddle, we were told that layoffs will not be occurring, but I've been noticing in Finesse that our site had dropped half of the agents that it used to have at the peak of the day. Can anyone else confirm a shortage of agents on the phones?

This is first time I believe that layoffs actually mention Frontline or Customer Service NA. That's me, Digital Cust Svc. 6 years. This has got me so I can't focus, I'm so nervous about what is happening tomorrow! It S---ks.

The overall chatter seems less and less this time around compared to prior rumor RIFs. There are significantly less corroboration stories… significantly less “this is really happening” feels. So what do we really think?
